Just recently, I have decided that I want to make photography a major part of the rest of my life. My ideal career would be owning my own photography studio, and all the work I put into photography now will affect my jobs in the future. I have always been interested in art, but I enjoy working with cameras above all art. I am influenced mainly by my photography class and teacher, Mrs. Diamond, in school, but also local photographers such as Beth Capuano. My current work is all produced through class, using film cameras and the darkroom. I have photographed objects, starting with vegetables, as well as models, during our class social commentary shoot. We also did a self-portrait shoot and are currently working on studio and darkroom experiments. My experiences in the photography class greatly impact my views on photography, and they are the the reasons why photography is such a major part of my life today.
